Step 1 — Prep
After the shower, towel-dry until the skin is just barely damp — not dripping, not bone-dry. Slightly damp skin multiplies the lotion's hydration retention by trapping the moisture under the silicone veil.

Step 2 — Dispense
Squeeze a 5-cent-piece dose into the palm for one limb. The full-body daily dose is roughly four 5-cent-piece amounts — one each for arms, legs, torso and décolleté. Warm the lotion between the palms for two seconds before applying.
