Return & Refund Policy

Cosmetics, skincare, personal care, and other beauty products are generally non-returnable once opened, used, unsealed, or tampered with — except when the product is defective, damaged, expired, or incorrect. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under Kuwait's Consumer Protection Law (Law No. 39 of 2014).

Eligible Return Reasons

• Wrong item received
• Damaged or defective products
• Items arriving leaking or broken
• Expired products
• Manufacturing defects or safety and quality issues
• Product does not match the order

Returnable Products

Unopened & unused items: request a return within 14 days of delivery. The product must be unopened and unused, with the original outer packaging, seal, label, and product box intact, and free of damage from misuse or improper storage.

Defective or damaged items: eligible for replacement or refund even if opened minimally to identify the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or used cosmetics
• Products with broken seals
• Items damaged after delivery through misuse
• Returns without proof of purchase
• Free gifts or promotional items
• Gift cards
• Clearance or final-sale items (unless defective)

When to Contact Us

• Within 48 hours of delivery: wrong items, visible damage, or leakage.
• Within 14 days of delivery: standard returns of unopened items.
• As soon as possible: hidden defects or safety concerns.

Return Shipping Costs

We cover return costs when the return is due to our error, a defect, expiry, or damage on arrival. If a return is approved for an unopened, unused item for convenience reasons, the customer may be responsible for return shipping.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time varies by payment provider and bank. Shipping fees, customs duties, and other charges are generally non-refundable unless the return results from our error or a defective product.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch. Once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
